How market exclusivity works
First to activate wins the lock.
Premium locks a template
When a new template drops, Premium subscribers get first access. Activate it for your service category in your DMA and no other operator in that market can run the same template.
Starter and Pro can see, not lock
Every subscriber can browse the full template library and see which templates are locked in their market. Starter and Pro operators can run any unlocked template, but cannot place an exclusive hold.
Locks release after 30 days
If a Premium subscriber cancels or downgrades, their market locks release after 30 days. After that window, any Premium subscriber can claim them.

- What's the difference between Starter and Pro?
- Starter personalizes graphics only: your logo, phone number, service area, and brand colors on the end card. Pro adds your actual technician in the spot via AI, appearing in their uniform. The result looks like your crew was on set.
- When will Pro AI technician features be available?
- Pro subscribers get early access today. Full AI technician capability ships in Phase 2. We will notify every active Pro subscriber when it goes live.
- What does market exclusivity actually mean?
- When a new template drops, Premium subscribers get first access. If you activate a template for your service category in your DMA, that combination is yours. No other operator can run that same template in your market. Starter and Pro operators can browse all templates but cannot hold a lock.
- What happens if I cancel a Premium subscription?
- Your market locks release 30 days after your subscription ends or downgrades. After that window, other Premium subscribers can claim them.
- Can I see which templates are locked in my market?
- Yes. Every subscriber can see the full template library, including which templates are currently locked in their service category and DMA. Starter and Pro subscribers see available templates they can run immediately.
- Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
- Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
- Is there a contract or setup fee?
- No contract, no setup fee. All tiers are month-to-month. Cancel before your next billing cycle and you will not be charged again.
- Do I keep the videos if I cancel?
- Yes. Every video delivered to you is yours to keep and use indefinitely, regardless of your subscription status.
